Purchase Process

Step 1 - enter your data online

When you have chosen a performance you want to attend, please choose a date, number of tickets, a section of the theater and select your seats. After you added these to Cart, your seats will be reserved for 10 minutes.

If you are happy with your selection, enter your personal and payment information when prompted.

Make sure that the name you enter when purchasing tickets fully matches spelling of the name as it appears on the photo ID of a person who goes to the theater. It is important to have correct spelling to be able to get the tickets at the box office. If you buy multiple tickets, it is enough to include name of only one person. Error in name might result in not being able to exchange voucher for tickets at the box office.

Then enter your card data. Once you click "buy", your order will be placed.

Step 2 - confirmation voucher

After you placed the order (entered the card number, your name and email address, and clicked on the "buy" button), you will receive two emails:

Email #1 - confirmation that your order has been received. Email # 2 will contain your confirmation voucher.

It can take up to 24 hours between these emails. Typically, receiving the second email happens much faster. The second email contains a .pdf file with your voucher. It will also include information about a play or a musical (start time, address, a map of the theater, etc.).

Step 3 - exchange your voucher for a ticket at the box office

Your voucher (the file in a .pdf format attached to the email) must be exchanged for tickets at the theater's ticket office. Please present a photo ID of the person whose name you listed when purchasing tickets online and make sure the name on the ID and on the voucher is the same. This is required to receive your tickets. Tickets should be picked up on the day of the performance, 30 minutes before the show.

Please look for "Will Call", or "Box Office", or "Tickets" window at the theater (it’s different in different theaters). If you do not see a sign, please ask the theater staff.

If possible, please print out the voucher you received in the second email, and take it with you. But if you bought your ticket already in London, and you can not print out the voucher, please present your photo ID at the theater and have a copy of your voucher on mobile device.
